Laid off - Driver Manager TCI Transportation Employee Review

Bad execution and lack of ethics, a manager would give an employee at least 2 weeks if he was being laid off due to account closing but to me as a manager TCI laid me off from one day to another without advance notice to prepare. Unethical!
