      Pros

      TD as a whole is a great employer. Great pay and benefits.

      Cons

      TD’s legal team is toxic riddled with a lot of politics. Majority of team are women and a large portion BIPOC but senior management is dominated by white males. Additionally, many have complained of bullying by senior management.
