      Decent for starting in the industry and learning. Make connections with colleagues or clients that last beyond the job. Opportunities for advancement if you do well

      Cons

      Bad management can but a drag on the job Not much support from management but it depends on the branch. Some managers can be great If you are entry level pay will be fine but overtime you might feel underpaid
