People managers are very capable and have a lot of experience. VP+ are great communicators and doers. Teams that work together are very effective. Emphasis on work life balance.
Cons
There is a heavy reliance on contractors. Operations is where most interns start at and they tend to develop there before moving to other parts of the bank. Areas like the project space lack this development support.
