Pros
Depending on the branch, you can have good work Life balance with weekends off. The branch I work at is like that And it's partly what makes it so good. Some things like power of attorney loan consolidation, debts, and things like that can be very high stress. But you're always learning and always equipped to learn.
Cons
Loan consolidation of debts, power of attorneys and a difficult clients make this job sometimes very frustrating. The company can move you whenever they want. And they do not really care how you feel. You're part of a big company.You're replaceable. You just gotta accept that it's an income.And it's better than working in a mall.
