some very nice coworkers and some good benefits
Cons
No communication with employees, managers with experience are gone now and we have nobody to go to that cares or can help us. Senior manager and team leaders gossip about employees and treat adults like children. Ashame because customers are holding on the phones for long periods of time and we can't really help them like we used to. Discouraging. Computer system is very outdated and takes forever to get anything done.
