Pros
Relatively easy work, it's air conditioned in the summer, heated in the winter, can't beat that. Mindless work really. Good starting vacation pay for full time people.
Cons
Top in-store management usually clueless. Unfair or unattainable goals that lead to reprimands when they are not met. You have to annoy people in a line that approaches you for a whole day non stop.
