If your SM or ASM thinks your a threat to them they will not recommend you for the "Achieve program" You have to know people to be able to grow. Also, there is no flexibility if your crossed trained (teller and CSR) because then they depend on you if another employee doesn't appear to work. In my region the ASM's don't work Saturdays, so if the other person goes on vacation for 3 weeks you know you have to work all 3 Saturdays, which is not fair!
