Long hours can also be draining especially when there's an unexpected issue at the end of the work day Some of the managing staff can be horrible I worked in two different branches and almost seemed like a whole different company Keeping staff from former banks that have been bought out and have to adapt to the new TD culture is absolutely insane because they refuse to be a part of the fun and awesome environment TD wants for their customers and employees. Incentive payouts at the end of the quarter are very low The PTO system can be turned against you because you don't get extra holiday pay when you work on holidays (the bank closes only 4 of them a year so you do the math, you'll be working getting paid the same while everyone else is off)
