      Pros

      I really enjoyed interacting with the clients on a day to day basis.

      Cons

      Culture can vary from branch to branch - some are very old school and some are very new. Generally the management quality is substandard as most have risen from the lower ranks of the firm, which doesn't attract a lot of talent.
