TD Commerce Bank is staffed with incompetent and unmotivated people at the lower levels/ranks. Errors and mistakes are common. Understaffed. No resources. Super cheap employer, people work with 14" old notebook computers, constant computer craches, lousy systems. Management heavy. Too many useless managers at the high level who only increase bureaucracy and bureaucratic processes and do not contribute to anything, just parasites. Overbureaucratized organization.
