      Pros

      - Great benefits - Easy to move up in the company - Competitive pay - Managers who really care - Flexible hours Many employees in the lower level jobs are still in school and TD will always try to work around your schedule, I have heard many stories about TD bending over backwards to keep you in school and finishing your education.

      Cons

      - Pressure to sell - Some bad rates - Dealing with customers can get tiring - Working Sundays (May be pro because there are more hours)
