Pros

Great opportunity to advance if willing to take the courses required. Managers and everyone very supportive of advancement goals. Pay is better than other banks and specialists start off with 3 weeks. Great 'foot in the door' position.

Cons

Not a negative of TD. This is a negative of the role. Dealing with 60+ clients over the phone daily is somewhat stressful at times.

The only way I could do that was if you had to do a lot more work and then you would be done by yourself so you would be fine yuyyy
