      Pros

      I enjoy working with the public and meeting many different people. The pay is fair. The staff banking benefits are very good.

      Cons

      If you are part-time, be prepared to work alot of evenings and weekends. It can really take effect on your family and social life. There are not many positions in retail banking available that are full time.
