pay is unequal to workload, pay is unequal to experience, hard to move up the corporate ladder, favoritism, unreasonable sales goals, unfair practices regarding phone time overrunning lunches/breaks, supervisors and some managers are not sufficiently knowledgeable for their job functions, supervisors and some managers make themselves unavailable when their employees need assistance
