They laid off too many and took away any help to support and are increasing team size while the Sr. Leaders in NJ and Canada all get paid huge amounts of money to come up with things to make our job more difficult. They have no idea how hard our jobs are and couldn't do them for a week. They want more for less. They will get less for less.
