Pros

Work/Life Balance Respect for women

Cons

Political, High Volume, Low Pay, Mediocre HR Leaders and no respect for Recruiters by HRBP's. Unreasonable workloads create burnout. Workday Recruit and Compliance confusion creates inordinate workflow for recruiters who do not/cannot truly recruit or source. They are simply processing those who apply to roles.
