Pros
None. Absolutely nothing. It is a dead-end factory for your career.
Cons
Working here is a complete waste of professional time. The local operational management in Poland, especially the team leaders, are completely incompetent, deeply insecure, and run the department based on extreme micromanagement rather than actual engineering value. Experienced senior professionals are forced to carry the entire heavy operational workload and onboarding queues completely alone. In return, your hard work and deep technical execution are rewarded with insulting, laughable salary increases around 3-4%, which is an absolute joke. The entire 'corporate culture' is a facade. They use superficial, forced social interactions like 'coffee meetings' as a toxic metric to measure employee loyalty and compliance, completely ignoring real performance and technical deliverables. If you do not participate in their fake corporate games and stroke the fragile egos of local managers, you are targeted. There is zero career progression, zero professional respect, and zero financial motivation. The global leadership urgently needs to audit the Polish leadership before they completely drain and destroy the remaining technical talent. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your sanity and skills.
