I've worked here for over 14 years and I still love going to work everyday. They care about their employees and it's a great place to wok.

I can't think of any downsides.

They will work with you on time off.....if you have time available. The dress code is relaxed. They have benefits however the health is expensive.

You won't get a raise unless you ask for it, and then maybe not. No yearly reviews. The worst company I have ever worked for in terms of communication. No flex schedules or work from home. Management doesn't trust you to do your job. Behind the times in technology.
