Pros
Good quality training. The training staff is world-wise and current on the marketplace. The ONLY positive aspect of the entire experience.
Cons
The field management has no clue how to be successful in business-to-business sales. Their expectation was to generate leads through cold calling and door-to-door canvassing. When presented with the ideas of email or direct marketing for lead generation was reject as "not our job." Well, it wasn't anyone else in the company's job either.
