Pros

The people you work with are the only pro that I experienced.

Cons

The pay is low and the attendance policies are crazy. I made more as a contractor. Took a pay cut to be hired on because I thought there was opportunities there. When presented with Family issues. I was told I should take FMLA. I was amazed at the way management pushes FMLA. For any and everything. I had employees telling me to get with my doc and just come up with something. Really. Then you have Sick time that is earned over the year. It is part of your benefits package. Well, if you give over an hour of notice and use earned sick time. You will be written up for unplanned absences. For using your earned "sick" time. Its disgusting. When you are written up and you ask what to do to get out of the hole. No one has a answer. I guess there is a point scale assigned to every tardy absence or vacation day taken. They dont tell you what the point scale is. They give you no standards to meet. Its crazy.

- Great benefits - Great PTO/Sick time - Promote from within - Rigorous training schedule - Great on the job resources - Ability to work autonomously - Competent supervisors - Work from home - A fun job for people who love educating others on how things work and assisting them with technical issues

Cons

- Starting pay may be a little low for some people - Miscommunications about what departments handle what issues - Call center with varying amounts of calls per day (not necessarily a con) - Metrics for calls may be stressful for some
