Pros

They are a large company. They have decent pay. Good Vacation and medical benefits

Cons

Been on the 'cut costs bus' bus hard for quite a while, money saved it just wasted. Nothing comes back to the employees. Management does not listen to lower employees. Customer service is failing. Product is becoming sub par because that the how everyone else is.
