Pros

Benefits(401K, Health, Dental and Vision Insurance) Great time off after 3 years you get 3 weeks and after 10 you get 4 weeks

Cons

High School Click Culture The wrong behaviors are encouraged Rather than producing quality work sometimes they produce sub par work and call it good enough Education and experience are not valued Men are treated better than women There is very little diversity Positions are eliminated for the wrong reasons Entire departments receive demotions after working hard and producing quality results Outsourcing to another country is killing the customer service

Pros

- Great benefits - Great PTO/Sick time - Promote from within - Rigorous training schedule - Great on the job resources - Ability to work autonomously - Competent supervisors - Work from home - A fun job for people who love educating others on how things work and assisting them with technical issues

Cons

- Starting pay may be a little low for some people - Miscommunications about what departments handle what issues - Call center with varying amounts of calls per day (not necessarily a con) - Metrics for calls may be stressful for some
