Pros

- Generous with benefits and paid time off - My direct team is incredibly friendly and helpful; I feel like they truly have my back - I’m able to work from home full time - I was given equipment to make sure I’m successful in my work

Cons

- A lot of meetings; I sometimes wonder why I’m in some - Getting all the tech to work during on-boarding was frustrating - Currently working on outdated software and operating systems

- Starting pay may be a little low for some people - Miscommunications about what departments handle what issues - Call center with varying amounts of calls per day (not necessarily a con) - Metrics for calls may be stressful for some
