-None that I can think of -Hired me even being a convicted felon

-Racism -Cronyism -Nepotism -Untrained Yes-men go far -Mid-management heavy -Lack of support for local techs -Terrible dispatch system -Under the table deals between department heads and contractors -Tit for tat is the norm -Untrained/Mistake-prone personnel are protected by management that hired them for their yes-man mentality. -Laziness and that's not my job description attitudes are rampant. -Time theft -Material Waste

- Starting pay may be a little low for some people - Miscommunications about what departments handle what issues - Call center with varying amounts of calls per day (not necessarily a con) - Metrics for calls may be stressful for some
