      Pros

      TDS is a pretty good employer. They talk the talk about caring about employees and they mostly walk the walk.

      Cons

      In IT anyway, they are at the bottom end of the payscale. If it weren't for that factor I might not be looking for another job right now. Because of this there is a lot of turnover and unfilled positions as well as many disgruntled employees. They swear up and down that their wages are competitive and that they pay companies to figure how little that they can pay... I mean that their wages are infact competitive.

      - Starting pay may be a little low for some people - Miscommunications about what departments handle what issues - Call center with varying amounts of calls per day (not necessarily a con) - Metrics for calls may be stressful for some
