They have decent benefits, health insurance is a little expensive. Vacation time is pretty good.
Cons
Zero flexibility with scheduling, it takes 5+ years to get out of the call center. Micromanaging to an extreme- they can see your desktop screen on their computer screen and watch what you do all day, read the instant messages to co-workers..
