The benefits are fair and coworkers were nice.

Cons

Employee training is one week of shadowing. Little to no SOPs to reference for processes and job duties. Excessive number of daily meetings. Lack of industry specific project tracking tools.

- Starting pay may be a little low for some people - Miscommunications about what departments handle what issues - Call center with varying amounts of calls per day (not necessarily a con) - Metrics for calls may be stressful for some
