Cons
Management is incredibly hard to reach and will almost never call you back, even though they say that they are available. Management also said they would send out e-mails stating when they were in meetings, and those e-mails were few and far between. Management sent out e-mail asking about what snacks were requested in vending machine, gluten-free was mentioned but scarcely saw anything that was, not including the chips/candy options. Management is quite hypocritical in the way they handle things, and will punish someone for doing something properly & then go out of their way to apologize to the person shortly after because of how they handled it and that the tech was correct. Work/life balance is laughable if you work weekends, and is a bit more manageable throughout the week.
