Pros

Pay is ok. Benefits are decent. Insurance starting day one and accrued pto day one.

Cons

Advertises diversity but doesn't act on it. Can't celebrate holidays in store, no decorations ect. Does not offer remote work for consumer side even on non retail days even though their supervisors, trainers, business specialists and seniors all work remotely. Can't move office furniture. Has a "point" system and doctors notes don't mean a thing. Sales and marketing comes in and out of store you will see them more than your supervisor. If you need a new rug or request a different chair good luck with that. Even though job title is not sales they expect you to sell sell sell on every single call. Your longest and most pointed part of training is sales. Your there from open to close no work life balance.

Cons

Recent layoffs had a major impact on the Field Marketing department, leading to reduced resources and higher workloads.
