      I can't think of any Pros

      Firstly you'll have to deal with the VOICE directory which is horrendous then you will get transferred around and all the representatives will have slightly varying information. I called to request a transfer of my 401K plan to an IRA account back in Oct 2024. My IRA agent notifies me saying TDS is not sending my money. I call TDS back and was informed the process was never started (weird considering I had setup my PIN back in October and still have it for verification purposes) I get transferred to 4 different representatives before finally getting the process started then I have to wait 7 days before calling back to close the account and then the check will be sent out. I lost 3 months of interest.

      - Great benefits - Great PTO/Sick time - Promote from within - Rigorous training schedule - Great on the job resources - Ability to work autonomously - Competent supervisors - Work from home - A fun job for people who love educating others on how things work and assisting them with technical issues

      Cons

      - Starting pay may be a little low for some people - Miscommunications about what departments handle what issues - Call center with varying amounts of calls per day (not necessarily a con) - Metrics for calls may be stressful for some
