Lack of management support - Technician TE Connectivity Employee Review

Management completely clueless. Engineers have little to no knowledge of how machinery works. This causes a large issue when you look for support from someone who doesn't actually know what's happening. Quality is basically non existent. Machinery is signed off and put on production floor without proper testing and plagued with issues from the get go. When an issue occurs instead of fixing it they look for the easiest person to blame and then move on without actually addressing it.
