      too many business units, every BU seems to care about itself only, corporate only care whether each BU is profitable, have scandal a few years ago, changed company name

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
