      Company is good, huge learning, great people around you,you will learn a lot from everyone around you, good food and facilities.

      After certain years promotion will be a challenge as no one is moving up the ladder, all managers and above working their for more than 8 years, attrition coz of less growth

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
