99% on 2d AutoCAD. Alot of local only policy's Execs shut down plants regardless of how well they are doing. If you are in the US, you know know "WHEN" your plan is moving to China Annual merit is based more on where you fall in pay band than your actual work. AKA if you are at the bottom or the range and do a poor job you might get a 3% raise. If you are in the upper 75% of the scale and to an excellent job you will likely only get a 1% raise.
