Medical benefits were good. Dental, vision, and miscellaneous benefits are good.
Cons
Old, worn-down, nasty, dirty, odor-filled facility. Training is bad, management does not take employees recommendations or professionalism into consideration, employees are not held accountable for wrongful actions, managers do not want to accept changes or new responsibilities, good and motivated employees do not stick around but if they do, they become miserable and unmotivated. employees are overworked with no real results or rewards.
