Pros
- Immigration - They helped me with my Green card - experience - they helped me gain experience ... never got chance to do what I wanted to do - people - people at ground zero are really good
Cons
- limitation to growth - if you do your job well you will be in the position forever until it gets redundant .. they will not move you.. - Constant ReOrgs and layoffs in IT - instability and hostile - management gets to be senior management but analysts remain the same ... - Constant complaining from business about IT irrespective of deliverables - old tools - they don't invest in state of the art tools .. too much I house customisation on the tools.
