Parent company realises that the Oceanside plant is lacking in productivity and not making promised production delivery dates. They are in the process of making corrective action. The old guard employees resist change which ultimately affects little effective changes
Cons
Not enough communication between workers and management hampering productivity. It's more of a my way or the highway attitude.
