      Fast paced environment, individuals can contribute and grow. Global reach of the company allows for work to be done almost anywhere, but most migration is to China. Significant opportunities always exist in engineering and product management in the US; for manufacturing, US and European presence has been waning in favor of China in recent years

      Management is constantly changing the organization structure which causes more turmoil throughout the company than the executive team realizes.

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
