For the most part, the people who get the job done are some of the best people there is to work with. Teamwork, camaraderie, can do spirit are all taken for granted and are a part of the everyday experience.
Cons
Global management seems to have lost their way and are trying to find their way back. They have focused more on the bottom line and forgot how important "human capital" is to the organization.
