Pros
Does big company fairly well. Lot's of training programs and resources available to employees.
Cons
Lots of business systems, but zero training and horrible execution. Most are confusing and there never seems to be any subject matter experts that can help. You are just a number, and very indispensible to the P&L. Risk of lay-off is part of every day life. Always has been and always will.
