      Despite inclusion efforts, not really all that friendly for women. Some business units like Industrial are playing lip service to inclusion efforts. Women get hired but they don’t stay.

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
