      Actively striving to provide more processing, tracking, and validation detail.

      Cons

      Demanded tasks be completed correctly without proper training. Rejected multi-engineer product signoffs, causing delays due to unknown requirements. Expected task processing without qualified people to execute tasks. If there were no people to execute tasks, YOU were responsible for the results, even if YOU were not trained. All this results in a no-win situation.

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
