      I worked in Medical Device Division in San Jose and Campbell, which were formerly Advance Cath and Creganna Medical.

      Cons

      Chaos, low morale, and high turn over were my impression to work in both locations in San Jose and Campbell. Engineers and operators kept quitting. There was an engineer quitting twice. He quit and was rehired and quit again and that spoke the volume of these two places

      PTO, HR accessibility, work environment (indoors, climate control), clear chain of command,

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
