Pros
Large company with great ideas and strategy especially at very high level, plenty of innovation and challenges that keeps you entertained. Frequent restructuring their divisions creates opportunities for your career, salary is acceptable.
Cons
Unfortunately not all divisions operate similar, while in some BU they take good care of people, promote internally, develop their career others are terrible managing talent and seems to focus more on bringing their “pals” to work from outside than promoting from inside. Some BU have great strategy and performing very well, others are in bad shape resulting on no incentives, no motivation and lack of respect for skills and experience
