No clear strategy from leadership. Also, TE does not put the adequate funding and resources behind diversity initiatives. There is a lot of talk and little action. At the end of the day, TE is a connectivity manufacturing company - vulnerable to changes in the markets and large OEMs. They are quick to make cost cutting actions to give back shareholder value. Priorities are investors, customers - then talent.
