Upper management and corporate do not care about people at all. It’s just a big push for production in ratted out buildings with decades old unsafe machinery, no air conditioning or heat, buckling roofs, dusty and dirty. Absolutely no sense of pride. Does not pay well. Operators are paid slightly more than average because they want to keep you in miserable conditions churning out wires. Attitude of your lucky to have a job and we don’t appreciate you. No real career advancement choices.
