Business Outlook
Pros
Large company that can provide a good eco-system of benefits and competitive pay. Due to facility closing, they were able to promote quickly and provide a reasonable retention package during my time there.
Cons
Most TE facilities are acquisitions and they buy them only to take IP and eventually shutter the facilities after running them into the ground. Our facility was migrated to Mexico and India. They just want to get the maximum profit out of the facility with total disregard for employees and business conditions until they're no longer needed. Okay job for the short term but do not go in expecting any kind of long-term (3 yr +) stability to any position.
