      Pros

      Great pay, Bonuses, Stock Options, 401K match, affordable Benefits, and a lot of room growth opportunities.

      Cons

      With the rewards, risks also come. TE is a fast paced company that is also very lean. This sometime leads to layoffs in different areas of the business. In my opinion, the experience is valuable enough to land a great next career step in the unfortunate event that does happens.

      Cons

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
