      Factory continues to run product

      Supervisors forcing staff to come in that can perform duties from online at home to avoid further spread of COVID. This in a time where the daily positive cases are "all-time highs" and we get daily emails regarding another positive case at the plant.

      local 'vibe' of racism, misogyny, homophobia was at odds with the progressive corporate policy, resulting in friction between 'good ol' boy' network and others. Long standing employees, those with over 5 years of experience, aren't recognized for their undocumented contributions.
